I tested 5 days before AF was due and got a BFP with my first baby. That was with a first response test.I had an idea that I was pregnant, and I was right!
Good luck.

The fertility calendar is telling you to waste your money. Testing before your period is due, even with the "early results" tests, is very unreliable. You have to read the fine print on the boxes. First response is only 63% accurate 4 days before your period is due (5 before it is late). It's only 99% accurate from being one day late. Clearblue is only 1/2 as sensitive as First Response.

I know it's hard to wait for your period, but that's the most accurate thing to do. For me, early testing became a money-wasting obsession. I just have to remember there are more important things to spend my money on, like diapers if I am indeed pregnant.

Just know that when you have unprotected sex you run the risk of not only getting pregnant but contracting an STD! I hope it works out for you and you always Wrap It Up.

Your temps are very clearly elevated. Based on your temps and CM, I would agree that you o'd day 26. OPK's can be weird for some people, so I wouldn't count on them in this case. You may have just had lingering LH in your system that was creating positive results. Good luck!!!

You can get positives a for a few days after getting your first +. That is why they suggest you do not test after your first +.

It also depends on the brand of OPKs you use. It is still early to detect pregnancy. Also, OPKs aren't a reliable source to test for pregnancy.

Good luck!

Sounds like you could be with the cramping and perhaps implantation bleeding. I would wait until the 13th or 14th to take another test. Be sure to take it first thing in the morning, as they say first morning's urine is the best to use. Good luck!

If you're cramping and bleeding, even a little, the likelihood you're pregnant is pretty slim.

I agree, I think you answered your own question, but no, I was never informed of HPV from school sex classes. The main topics were STDS like AIDS, HIV, and the common STDS. I never even heard of HPV until I took a human sexuality course in college, and even then, it was like a brief subject. I was informed after a pap smear that I had cancerous cells on my cervix and when I found and this was cause by a sexually transmitted virus, I was shocked because I ALWAYS had protected sex. I wish that HPV was a more common subject in sex education classes. Now that I'm informed of it, I do my best to help spread the word on what it is, whether its on Yahoo Answers or with the people I know. So overall, I just have to say good job at getting the information out there!
